Half-Day Technical Expert Session

What you get:

This Consulting Service is intended for business owners, operations owners, and systems administrators.

BMC will perform the following:

• Conduct a half-day knowledge transfer session with Customer for up to one BMC product, limited to the agreed upon agenda
• Review key findings, prioritized recommendations, and benefits with Customer

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.

Pre-requisites:

• Preparatory call between Customer and BMC team to establish agenda topics for one BMC product family
