Control-M Self Service and Batch Impact Manager Deployment Service

What you get:
BMC will perform the following in one environment:
- Review Customer’s architecture needs for the SLS and BIM modules
- Analyze Customer’s existing processes and existing workflows and provide recommendations on how they can improve their processes within Control-M using SLS and BIM modules
- Install Control-M SLS and Control-M BIM modules
- Configure one BIM service and one SLS service
- Validate build
- Conduct hand-off session
Customer will be responsible for:
- Providing access to their internal domain expert resources, such as schedulers, application developers, and automation beneficiaries, on the agreed start date
- Providing the necessary technical resources for the installation and configuration, such as infrastructure and network administrators, on the agreed start date
Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:
Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.

- Have an existing installed and configured Control-M for Distributed Systems
