AIOps Advisory Service

This Service assesses your organization’s current state of AIOps* and provides a future state roadmap for implementing AIOps value cases

What you get:

BMC will perform the following:

  • Conduct workshop(s) with Customer (5 days allotted) to:
    • Provide an overview of AIOps and its benefits
    • Review Customer’s desired business outcomes
    • Review and discuss the following AIOps value cases and alignment to Customer’s business outcomes
      • Observability
      • Noise Reduction
      • Service Modelling
      • Anomaly Detection
      • Root cause Isolation
      • Automated remediation
      • Proactive Capacity Planning
      • Predictive Risk Identification
      • Resources Optimization
  • Assess Customer’s current maturity level for each value case across people, process, data, and technology
  • Identify capability gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare a Success Path Advisory Report that includes:
    • An execution roadmap with expected values and outcomes at each step
    • Recommended Services from the BMC Success Catalog.
    • Recommended BMC Education courses
    • Customer related Roles and responsibilities
  • Review Success Path Advisory Report with Customer

Customer will be responsible for:

  • Providing access to the necessary stakeholders on the agreed start date

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed the Service when the in-scope Service have been completed and the Deliverables have been reviewed in accordance with the Terms of Use and delivered to the customer Project Manager.  From delivery start date, the service must be consumed and completed within 30 days.  Consultant days must be booked in no less than 8-hour increments/full days.
