BMC will perform the following in one existing Helix ITSM environment:
- Activate one non-prod and one Prod ITSM environment with best practice data
- Conduct a workshop to gather and load BMC Helix ITSM Foundation Data* for a single tenant
- Configure Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Asset Management and Knowledge Management processes based on BMC best practices
- Prepare Solution Design and Construction Document
- Configure single sign on by integrating BMC Remedy Single Sign On (“RSSO”) Solution with supported third-party identity provider
- Configure people data integration with Microsoft Active Directory
- Conduct a workshop to gather and load assets for two classes of data limiting to 500 CIs* per class (Ex: Computer System & Application Class)
- Load Best Practices Data into the following:
- Operational Category
- Product Category
- Support Groups
- Incident Templates – 5
- Change Templates – 5
- Task Templates – 10
- Business Service CIs – 10
- Service Level Targets – 4
- Knowledge Articles – 10
- DWP Catalog Services – 6
- DWP Studio Templates for 6 Industry Verticals – 6
- Review out-of-the box reports
- Configure in one non-production environment and then migrate configurations to the production environment
- Validate both non-production and production configurations
- Conduct knowledge transfer with Customer
Customer will be responsible for:
- Providing details of identity provider to properly configure BMC RSSO for single sign-on
- Providing Microsoft Active Directory details to populate organizational people data
- Ensuring availability of subject matter experts for all workshop(s) with BMC
- Gathering data from relevant subject matter experts to properly load both Foundation Data and application process data into the system

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:
- Solution Design Document
- Construction Document
Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.
