Create BMC Helix ITSM incidents from Microsoft SCOM alerts
Automatically create a BMC Helix ITSM incident from a Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) alert. Incident IDs and any updates made to the status of the alert are added to the incident. This integration comes with customizable default field mapping.
Requires a BMC Helix iPaaS Jitterbit subscription, PowerShell, and create/update incident rights in BMC Helix ITSM. Leverages standard API authentication in both solutions.
