Sync BMC Helix ITSM incidents with Jira service requests
Automatically generate Atlassian Jira Service Management service requests from BMC Helix ITSM incidents and vice-versa. Users can set a customizable trigger for incident/service request creation and any additional status or comment updates will automatically be passed between them. This integration comes with customizable default field mappings.
Requires a BMC Helix iPaaS powered by Jitterbit subscription and administrator access to BMC Helix ITSM and Atlassian Jira. Leverages standard API authentication in both solutions.
