What you get:

BMC will perform the following in one environment:

• Conduct a workshop to gather requirements
• Prepare Solution Design Document
• Map incoming event attributes to BHOM
• Create an event class for the new integration
• Assist Customer with configuring source monitoring tool to send events
• Create normalization policies for new events
• Configure out of the box event views and dashboards
• Prepare Construction Document
• Prepare Test Strategy and System Test Plan
• Assist Customer with functional testing

Customer will be responsible for:

• Conducting functional testing
• Configuring source monitoring tool to send events to BHOM
• Providing subject matter expert with access to the source monitoring tool

BMC will provide this service with one of the approaches below:

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:

• Solution Design Document
• Construction Document
• Test Strategy and System Test Plan

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed the Service when the in-scope Service have been completed and the Deliverables have been reviewed in accordance with the Terms of Use and delivered to the customer Project Manager.  From delivery start date, the service must be consumed and completed within 30 days.  Consultant days must be booked in no less than 8-hour increments/full days.

Pre-requisites:

• BHOM must already be onboarded and configured for user access
• Firewall ports must be open between monitoring environment and BHOM
• Source monitoring tool must be able to run scripts, commands, or REST API in order to export events
